Shipping and Returns

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 72hs after received (excluding weekends and holidays). Our cut-off time to ship orders is 5 PM EST (Mon-Fri).

Shipping Times

Orders are shipped using UPS or Fedex ground, as soon as shipped a tracking number will be emailed to you. 

Shipping Times for Large or Heavy Items

For large or heavy items freight truck carriers are used, you may expect longer delivery times. You can always email us to get a delivery estimate, before placing your order, to make sure that the delivery time will fit your schedule.

Tracking numbers

100% of the items are shipped with tracking numbers, no exceptions. That way you can track and know exactly when to expect your item.

Damaged items

We make sure that all tools leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, please start a claim with the delivery service within 48hs. As soon as they have acknowledged your order was damaged in transit, then we will issue you a refund back to your original payment method. If you have problems getting the delivery service to admit it is their fault, just send us a photo, and we will take care of the rest. 

General returns

You may return any item within 15 days for a refund back to your original payment method. Returns are generally subject to restocking fees of 15% – 25% of the purchase price and return shipping fees

GardenToolscenter does NOT charge for restocking fees or return shipping labels for returns of defective products, or if you received the wrong item.
